Staff were friendly and treatment was good but the changing rooms needed cleaning. The floor was very wet & no paper towels or toilet paper. Staff got toilet paper straight away when I mentioned it to them.

Was left speechless after possibly the best massage I've ever had. I have chronic pain issues and I've not felt so relaxed in ages, I ended up sleeping 12 hours solid that night. Definitely coming back!

Easy location to get to. Free parking so don't pay for parking before you go to reception.
Friendly reception, explained treatment options got on with the session really quickly.
Enjoyed both treatment and pool afterwards.
Good information re pool access etc.
Nice food in bar afterwords.

My daughter & I had a lovely experience, I had purchased a mother & daughter voucher from 5pm. Sam was absolutely lovely, very caring and attentive to special requirements, our massages and facials were fabulous, such a relaxing atmosphere which we needed. It had been quite a stressful day for Sam due to staff shortages that day but she managed to make some adjustments so that we could both still have our appointment that day and was very apologetic, Sam made it an overall lovely experience.
