I have been visiting Riverside Beauty for many years and it is my go-to Beauty Salon. It's the only place I trust for a bikini wax!! and an eyebrow tint. The staff are always considerate, friendly and definitely worth every penny.

Lovely atmosphere, music and facilities. Massage was disappointing, felt like oil being rubbed in, instead of a massage. Appointment booked for 14:20, was asked to come for 14:30 as would suit better. Arrived at 14:30, consultation took 5 minutes, then had to go to the bathroom however all bathrooms on the ground floor of hotel were out of order, finally a bathroom was directed to me, 5 minutes from spa so started late. Massaged started at 14:40, finished at 15:20. So I paid for 55 mins, got 40.
