Riverside beauty itself was great and the treatments were brilliant. We were disappointed as we'd booked a spa day (my mum and i) but there was no room to sit in before our after the treatment, except for the waiting area or the bar/restaurant, and nowhere to sit round the pool. We couldn't have robes or slippers as they don't do them anymore, so it was a bit of a disappointing spa day.
