I really enjoyed my massage. It was great and relaxing. However I must say, the look of the spa looked very cheap and tacky from what I would expect at a nice hotel.
I was very disappointed with the facilities. First of all the changing rooms were very dirty. Floors covered in hairs and dirt, towel basket overflowing with used towels which are clearly not being emptied regularly, sweet wrappers/ dirty tissues lying around the mirrors, holes on the tile floor with rust. Not impressed

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage. Lovely atmosphere and very chilled. Massage from Sam was great and I left feeling very relaxed. Just what I needed will definitely be back.
