Having had many treatments I can rate this as excellent. Jac was very professional and also made you feel very relaxed. I would come back to riverside beauty to try other treatments as I feel the staff make you feel very welcome.

I booked a spa day for a friend and I quite last minute, the staff were really accommodating in making sure we were happy with available times, treatments etc. Email confirmation was sent and I had prompt responses to my questions. The spa day itself was better than expected. The hotel was quite busy but once in the treatment rooms it was quiet and relaxing, the girls were so friendly. The facilities were good and the leisure staff checked in on us and provided water which was great service.
