From the warm welcome on arrival from the receptionist to the treatment from Jac I couldn't fault anything. The use of the spa facilities provided a lovely warm up to the massages we received - one of the best ever. I will definitely be recommending to others

It would have been good if I had been asked if there was an area in the massage to concentrate on, like neck & shoulders, I had no conversation apart from confirming I had booked a neck & shoulder massage.
