The therapist was more than 10 min late and no apologies or explanation. The whole treatment was maybe 15 min or less due to their delay (according to the voucher should be 30 min) .
The therapist was friendly. However, the quality of the massage was really poor - like stroking a cat.

This was my first time , staff so so welcoming and helpful , place immaculate. Only thing that let the day down was the leisure facilities, jacuzzi wasn’t working , sauna and steam room were practically help hostage by selfish people whole time we were in . Maybe a polite sign saying 20 mins at a time as a courtesy, I deliberately chose this deal for the massage AND facilities as me and my friend have had health issues and now have hidden disabilities, unsure if will recommend due to this
