Lovely experience. The salon is in Crown plaza so it's very classy. Sam was so nice, professional and really fast! It only took about 10 minutes un total for two different wax treatments, done perfectly! Very happy!

We booked this via a 5pm deal, treatment at saloon was exceptional, staff polite friendly and professional loved the experieince; with the treatments was a high tea glass bubbly in hotel or so we thought, we were told bubbly no longer offered nor sausage rolls despite being listed on voucher. We did get glass bubbly after a long debate with the manager however disappointing end to a great start 😒

Lovely spa treatment. A dressing gown/slippers would normally be provided on a spa day. Bit off a faff having to go in the pool, get dressed to then take your clothes off again for the treatment. Overall the treatment was faultless, staff faultless & afternoon tea was lovely but did state sausage rolls on the menu & no sausage roll to be seen. For the price we paid it was value for money but I've had better 'spa days'.
