Massage itself was nice however…It was part of a package that included spa access and lunch. A few hours before we were to go we got texts that the times had changed and been pushed back. This was short notice and meant the party of three were going to be split up and, eg, I spent quite a lot of time literally on my own as the other ladies were in treatments. Treatments then ran over again so I sat myself in the salon waiting a while and feeling a bit uncomfortable as I was damp from pool.

I had a lovely spa day at the Riverside! I had the facial and the reflexology treatments and both were so relaxing. My therapist was thoughtful and knowledgeable about what would be best for me. The products used smelled amazing and the room was immaculate. I have been at some spas where they had specific relaxation rooms to chill in before your spa, and I do quite enjoy that, but although they didn’t have that at the Riverside, they have the most beautiful bar area to chill first anyway.

Very enjoyable spa day. The facilities were clean and it was quiet when I used the facilities. Treatment room was the best I've ever been too, dark with lovely lighting and music and temperature was comfortable. Treatments were tremendous, very relaxing. Would definitely go back again.

Took a few hours out with friends for afternoon tea and some spa treatments. Sam is fantastic, I would highly recommend and look forward to going again :0)
