Pleasant experience although i like to relax at the pool side and also be able to relax in a nice relaxation room on sunlouger type beds. This was not available. A few chairs dotted around the pool. Extremely poor for such a nice hotel. Relaxing in your robe is a big part of your experience. Treatment room was nice and pleasant however felt the pool area was a bit tired. Afternoon tea was lovely and the staff were attentive.
