We booked this via a 5pm deal, treatment at saloon was exceptional, staff polite friendly and professional loved the experieince; with the treatments was a high tea glass bubbly in hotel or so we thought, we were told bubbly no longer offered nor sausage rolls despite being listed on voucher. We did get glass bubbly after a long debate with the manager however disappointing end to a great start 😒

Lovely spa treatment. A dressing gown/slippers would normally be provided on a spa day. Bit off a faff having to go in the pool, get dressed to then take your clothes off again for the treatment. Overall the treatment was faultless, staff faultless & afternoon tea was lovely but did state sausage rolls on the menu & no sausage roll to be seen. For the price we paid it was value for money but I've had better 'spa days'.

Loved the treatment .Lynsay very considerate when I said couldn't lie on my front. She suggested a mini facial. Would be back to your venue only. Spa dirty hairdryers not working was told today my hair in a sweaty gym Not good practice. Thank you again
