The massage itself was really good, would have liked the massage for longer. I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working, I was in the leisure facilities for 1h 30 but was unable to use the steam or sauna due to over crowding, as I have disabilities I would have liked to use these facilities but all I was able to use was the swimming pool. Over all I was hugely disappointed.

Loved the massage Lynsay covered all the pressure points/ areas needing relief without asking and I felt so relieved/ de stressed after it. A fantastic masseuse. Thank you!

The therapist was more than 10 min late and no apologies or explanation. The whole treatment was maybe 15 min or less due to their delay (according to the voucher should be 30 min) .
The therapist was friendly. However, the quality of the massage was really poor - like stroking a cat.
