Right from the minute we walked in the door we felt welcomed. My therapist was brilliant and the facial felt amazing. She talked to me about my skin and how to look after it and even gave me wee samples away to try. I was so impressed by the service and quality that I bought vouchers for Christmas for friends and family. I look forward to going back.

Massage therapist was lovely and the treatment was good. The main problems were the treatment rooms are located right beside live entertainment which spoils the atmosphere for a relaxing massage. We also couldn’t use the leisure facilities due to all the staff leaving which was disappointing although I understand this is not related to riverside beauty. The hotel staff were very vocal and continually moaning about being over worked and under appreciated. This is not what guests want to here
