Riverside beauty was lovely, and as a group of 6 we even sat in the reception part with our complimentary drink while we waited for everyone to get there treatment, Sam was very welcoming friendly. The therapist did an amazing job well needed and the room was perfect and relaxing, I would definitely go again for a massage.

The only down side was that Wowcher stated that you could get robe and slippers for a £10 refundable deposit but according to them they don’t do them anymore and Wowcher had been told to take it down which they didn’t, but the lady did go find us robes from housekeeping which was so nice of her. The jacuzzi was not working due to a leaking pipe which was a bit of a let down but still enjoyed the spa facilities. The beautician was fantastic would highly recommend her.
