Had an event at the hotel and was incredibly happy to find out that the beauty salon offered makeup application.
The staff at the salon were friendly and the beauty therapist that did my makeup, Jac, was friendly, welcoming and talented.
Very pleased and would highly recommend the salon to anyone whether staying at the hotel or not.

Riverside beauty was really nice and the therapist was great I really enjoyed the massage.The spa facilities were a bit disappointing the sauna and jacuzzi was broken but they did give us vouchers for a free drink to make up for it.
I would say that the spa facilities badly need refurbished and it would make a huge difference to the overall experience.

The massage room was far too noisy, as its a room of the main hotel corridor, guests were shouting along corridor outside, a massage is supposed to be relaxing, this was not. Having the rooms separate along a corridor means no privacy and you have to undress for massage then dress again, back to waiting area to wait for your friend, if space as only space for 4 people, then onto leisure facilities.
Unfortunately i wouldn't use this Riverside Beauty again, due to the layout,
