We had a really positive experience. Karen Anne and Lynsay were very attentive and caring and my Swedish massage hit all the right spots! My only criticism would be the condition of the swimming pool and steam room/sauna being a little dated but everything else was top notch. Afternoon tea was excellent and me and my girlfriend had a wonderful day.
