Very welcoming as soon as I walked in, had a few laughs with the staff too even though they were very professional. Even helped us check in at reception to stay over. The therapists explained everything they were going to do before my treatments and made me feel very comfortable with privacy. I had an express facial and full body massage, highly recommend the aromatherapy massage.
