Booked for a birthday treat and arrived to be told we couldn’t have lunch which was included in the price as there was a games convention on and they’d booked the whole hotel , when we rebooked the following week we went to the pool and spa to find out the spa pool wasn’t working , staff were lovely but between the hotel and spa there needs to be more communication
