I have had a couple spa experiences in other places but this is the only one which has made me think I’d like to come again. All staff were really friendly and welcoming. There was no pushy salesmanship. I loved the Swedish massage. The treatment room was comfortable and well equipped. I often find ‘relaxing’ music annoying but Riverside Spa’s was really soothing. We had excellent service for the afternoon tea with with a view over the river.

We had a superb afternoon at the spa. It’s a really lovely salon and the staff were so chatty and very friendly. My daughter felt hers was the best massage she had ever received! We aim to go back in the next year, it’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon!

Everything was great. I had a back and shoulder massage and a facial. Both of the ladies were very pleasant and professionally, felt really relaxed and welcomed.

Not the best pedicure i have had. Therapist was lovely - new in post so still finding her feet. Not all products to hand that she needed i felt. All staff very friendly and helpful just the treatment this time wasnt the best
