The cleanliness and room ambiance was lovely and cannot fault it. BUT about 5/10 minutes into my Swedish treatment someone (without prior warning) barged into the room and then left causing the door to bang. Elle was lovely and didn’t stop the treatment however I could not relax after that. I found that really alarming that someone had entered the room when I’m essentially lying naked on a massage bed. What if this has happened when I was changing? Felt really uncomfortable for the remainder.
