My treatments were lovely and meant to relax me, however a lack of disability training by the therapist was very obvious leaving me very uncomfortable, when first meeting she turned to my daughter to ask if I was visually impaired and did not ask me. Later in the room she asked if I needed help to get undressed, that she could stay and help me, I said no thank you I can manage, she repeated this at least 5 times, after the treatments she asked repeatedly again if I needed her to help dress me!!
