Lovely relaxing and calm atmosphere, staff were lovely and made you feel welcome.Had a lovely back and neck massage and foot reflexology. Definitely will be returning.

From start to end there was no discussion other than instruction to get undressed or turn around. It made me feel quite uncomfortabke. I could hardly feel the massaging and the 'hot' stones were onky used 10% of the time. It didn't make me feel any better for going and i was absolutely gutted. 5 off us went and both Jessica and i had Elly and both felt the same. The other 3 had somebody else and the description/experience sounded amazing. Gutted. Angry. Disappointed.
