Had a great afternoon, the girls were very friendly,very informative, my massage was very relaxing and then we used yhe spa facilities, some things were in need of a wee upgrade like black mold around shower areas,couplen of ants on the floor in the sauna ,slippy floor from shower to lockers but overall had a really relaxing afternoon,oh and the pool was warm too which was a bonus.

Great conversation with the girl on the desk before treatments who talked my friend through her fears. Girls were really welcoming and very skilled at what they do. I asked for a firm massage for my back, neck and shoulders and got exactly what I asked for, perfect.
Access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a very welcome addition to the day.
We had a great time, would thoroughly recommend coming here.

I arrived for a two treatment wowcher deal. I was the first appointment of the day, Cara arrived and I was promptly taken to the atmospheric beauty room. I opted for the massage and 5 step facial. Cara was lovely, very professional, efficient and clearly knew what she was doing. At one point, a drill in the hotel started for a short blast, Cara apologised & offered headphones. All in all, great treatments by a smashing therapist!
