Received a Swedish massage and a lash lift. Both therapists were polite and friendly but professional and made me feel at ease. The reception area was very relaxed and again the lady who booked me in was very attentive and friendly. Look forward to having a further treatments(s) in the future if we book an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza. Would highly recommend.

The salon was so nice and everyone was super friendly! Everyone was really considerate and caring - I had a lash lift and a bikini wax and both were done really well. When I called with a question afterwards, they were more than happy to help. Thank you!

Staff were great at accommodating us for a massage on the day requested and honoured the discount we had, however the massage was very poor. Was taken 5 minutes late but this wasn’t added on to the end of the massage therefore only had 20 minute treatment. The massage was poor : touch was so light like being rubbed with no improvement after asking for more pressure. There was no routine to therapists stroke and no manipulation of any muscles what so ever, sorry guys but it was terrible.
