I have been having problems with my neck. Lynsay listened carefully to what I said about my neck and then proceeded to try to treat the problem. She was very welcoming and professional in her job. I enjoyed the experience so much that I have booked another appointment with Lynsay.

BIAB application leaked into cuticles and doesn’t look like it has just been applied but looks more like they have been done for 3 weeks. Top coat doesn’t even reach the sides of the nails and all bumpy. Worst BIAB application ever. What costs £30 has now doubled to have to find somewhere to soak them off and reapply
