Was not open when we arrived
Concierge got staff on phone who told us to go to the pool
This was different than what the instructions were on the confirmation email
After our treatments the staff were supposed to offer us a glass of fizz
But they disappeared. Again, the concierge sorted this out for us
Hotel staff were great, but we would not go back for treatments.
We have paid less for much better!!
