I have always had excellent treatments at the Riverside Spa.
Jacqueline is a very experienced therapist, superbly talented with a beautiful warm and caring personility.
The Spa is spotless and the atmosphere is is very calm and relaxing. My favourite place to go to unwind and be pampered. Thank you so much!

Received a Swedish massage and a lash lift. Both therapists were polite and friendly but professional and made me feel at ease. The reception area was very relaxed and again the lady who booked me in was very attentive and friendly. Look forward to having a further treatments(s) in the future if we book an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza. Would highly recommend.

The salon was so nice and everyone was super friendly! Everyone was really considerate and caring - I had a lash lift and a bikini wax and both were done really well. When I called with a question afterwards, they were more than happy to help. Thank you!
