Firstly the room was cool but I didn't say anything as I thought that it would heat up but unfortunately it didn't.. Cara asked me what pressure I wanted I said deep but my full massage was light..cara seemed to me as a trainee. She was present and polite but again lacks experience.

Very accommodating, they moved breaks to allow me two sessions back to back. Receptionist very friendly and therapists were happy and friendly too. Deep tissue massage was great but felt my foot and leg massage was very quick albeit, enjoyable.
