There wasn’t really an area to relax and chill with a spa atmosphere, which has been promised upon booking. Only a pool used for the whole hotel which was full and no real space around it - would have rather this was communicated as I had phoned to explain I was looking for a spa day with a full spa experience. The massage was lovely but we were in an out after that so was disappointing. This wasn’t Cara’s fault at all just not what was sold to us at point of booking.
