I was greeted by a lady, my therapist came and took me to a room but I needed to use the toilet so she had to take me out of the room to use it and then back to the beauty room I felt cold and my head was uncomfortable form the bed. She didn’t seem to understand anything I said and when I asked for more pressure during the massage she didn’t change it was more of lathering me in oil rather than a massage.
