I booked the spa day and afternoon tea package as a present for my mum's retirement. This was our first time at the crowne plaza and it is a beautiful hotel. Salon manager Karen-Anne and therapist Sam were so friendly and made us feel really welcome! The afternoon tea was delicious and the waitress was great, didn't get her name. Overall we had a great day and the customer service was first class.
