Cara didn't introduce herself but was pleasant enough. The treatment room (and reception) was very cold. When I complained was told the heating was on. I was cold and uncomfortable throughout the 90 process and the blanket wasn't even warm enough. I'm sure the therapist must have felt how cold my hands feet and shoulders were,but didn't offer more covers or to turn temperature up. When I got dressed Cara was nowhere to be seen. £130,in a city hotel,cheap equipment,uncomfortable unforgivable!
