Riverside beauty, I did rate it but the crown plaza facilities I did not. It was very unhygienic.
Hairs on the changing room floors, the place was like a bath. I just felt very dirty to the point I used teh facilities for 10/15 mins max

Both treatments were lovely & Cara was very friendly & professional.
The only negative was the Abscence of robes & slippers, even at an additional cost, which I would have paid.
