I visited Riverside Beauty for my second eyelash lift with Sam. While my lashes looked okay at first, after removing some leftover glue, I noticed they were uneven and didn’t hold the lift. While Sam was lovely, and the salon has a relaxing atmosphere, I feel the treatment didn’t live up to expectations this time. I’m hoping to get in touch with Riverside Beauty to discuss a potential refund or solution.
I truly hope this was just a one-off experience, as I really liked the salon

This is my 2nd time visiting the salon and having Cara ad my therapist. Both times she has been excellent- very good at her job and so easy to talk to. Professional and thorough. I will definitely be back.

We absolutely love it hear the staff are all so lovely and welcoming the massages are out of this would never used the sauna or steam room but still marked it as could not carry on my daughter and me will definitely be back soon
