Great conversation with the girl on the desk before treatments who talked my friend through her fears. Girls were really welcoming and very skilled at what they do. I asked for a firm massage for my back, neck and shoulders and got exactly what I asked for, perfect. Access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a very welcome addition to the day. We had a great time, would thoroughly recommend coming here. Thanks again girls x

I arrived for a two treatment wowcher deal. I was the first appointment of the day, Cara arrived and I was promptly taken to the atmospheric beauty room. I opted for the massage and 5 step facial. Cara was lovely, very professional, efficient and clearly knew what she was doing. At one point, a drill in the hotel started for a short blast, Cara apologised & offered headphones. All in all, great treatments by a smashing therapist!

Sam runs a terrific operation at the Crowne Plaza. She is very customer focussed. Amanda was an excellent masseuse, smoothing out my tight muscles. I felt really great afterwards.
