Awful. ‘I don’t know what went wrong and I don’t know how to fix it’ or ‘let it grow out 3-4 weeks and someone else will be able to fix the layers’ are not words you want to hear from a hairdresser. I’ve never complained at a hairdresser in my life but this is quite simply the worst hair cut I have ever had, and he could not put it right. Steer clear. Colour is pretty good so no problem there but do not let this man near your hair with a pair of scissors.
