The haircut and colour was fine, but I found the guy who washed and brushed my hair extremely rough, literally dug his nails into my scalp and aggressively brushed my wet hair to the degree that it hurt. Once he had finished the cut the hairdresser just walked away, so I was left sitting there. I had to ask if he was done. I didn't feel welcome and won't be returning.
