I have been coming to Riva for a year now after going to a big named salon who I felt didn’t really listen to me after a long 4 months it was time to come and see Ozzie again for a cut and colour and I was not disappointed I was looked after very well as always and I absolutely love my colour and new cut.... cannot wait to book for 8 weeks time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As the first weekend open after lockdown,the salon was very busy but the team were all really hardworking and friendly. Really great colour and bouncy blow-dry

The haircut and colour was fine, but I found the guy who washed and brushed my hair extremely rough, literally dug his nails into my scalp and aggressively brushed my wet hair to the degree that it hurt. Once he had finished the cut the hairdresser just walked away, so I was left sitting there. I had to ask if he was done. I didn't feel welcome and won't be returning.
