Absolutely devastated- I’ve gone to Ozzie a few times now so what happened! Basic prerequisite of being a hairdresser? Listen to your clients needs. I went in for a trim as my hair had gotten quite long as I’m growing it for my wedding in a few months. We agreed an inch, I’ve ended up with at least 3 inches off and a mullet with awful random layering. I’m so upset. Treatwell completely washed their hands of the situation. Riva- please refund me, it really is the least you can do.
