The staff at Rita's Hair and Beauty were lovely, very warm and welcoming. Unfortunately the timings for length of treatment on the Treatwell website were slightly misleading and not accurate, but it was still good value for money. I think that the mismatch was possibly a Treatwell issue. The room for the massage was very cold (though it was a very cold day!) which meant even the towels felt a bit damp and not 100% clean which was a shame, the manicure polish was also quite rushed. Thank you though for the massage and facial, lovely tea and biscuits.

It was my first time experiencing an Oxygen facial and at a discounted price. The lady was lovely, but I wish I had booked in for another treatment. The Oxygen Facial offered was a basic facial & doesn’t resemble the treatment offered elsewhere.

The worst experience ever. I’m pretty sure it was their first time doing highlights. I cannot believe how bad that lady was. She had no idea what she was doing. My hair looked better before I got there. I’m very disappointed. On top of that I left with wet unbrushed hair. Waste of money and time:(

Rita’s hair and beauty is a fantastic parlour with amazing staff who are dedicated in their work, offering high quality and unique services. The shop itself is super clean and comfortable. I have been coming to the parlour for many years and have received many compliments on my eyebrows and hair cuts. I never hesitate to recommend the shop as it is so amazing!
Rita’s hair and beauty is a fanatastic shop. I have been coming here for years the staff are extremely friendly, the shop itself is so clean. I have been recommending this shop to friends and family for years and they feel exactly the same. The way the staff make you feel is amazing so comfortable and they are extremely helpful. They offer many different types of treatments that you can not find anywhere else! Very unique and so close to home.
