The facial was lovely and just what I needed, she even did some extractions when I hadn't booked that, as my skin needed it. The Indian head massage wasn't as good as unfortunately. I felt it wasn't as firm as I would like, didn't relax me nor resolve any stress I had.

Lovely lash lift - the massage was nice too.
However, I was disappointed that my appointment was later than planned. I waited for 30 minutes, due to the client before me who arrived late and asked for a last minute hot Brazilian wax when she was only booked for a 10-15 minute treatment. I understand that this was not Rita's fault, who had trouble with the Treatwell system. She's a lovely lady!
