Rita was absolutely lovely! This was by far the least painful wax I've had. She distracted me by telling me interesting stories and chatting, which was very helpful :) Very thorough, would 100% recommend.

It is always a pleasure to come for an appointment with Rita. She is a lovely lady and manicures are excellent quality: very thorough job, my shellac lasts for at least 2 weeks. Excellent customer service also - highly recommended
