I feel bad leaving this review as I couldn't fault Rita's personality, kindness and the cleanliness of her salon. I just feel that she didn't know what she was doing with the hot wax. It was 10 times more painful than my usual salon and the results weren't nearly as thorough. Perhaps hot wax is just not her area of expertise.

Honestly, this is the most painful facial I've had with Rita. But that's only because I've been really stressed out and my blackheads were getting inflamed. She did a really good job at cleaning them and now my face is as smooth as before. It was totally worth it to come down from Colchester for this.
