Rita is a lovely lady who cares about her clients. I did find some spots that were not treated, would've appreciated a tad more attention to those details. And the fact that I have 'a lot of hair' in certain ares really didn't need to be pointed out, as that's why I pay for waxing, because I know there is hair and want to get it removed. A bit uncomfortable.
