Rita is lovely although I was expecting hot wax, not hot strip wax! Although she did a very good job it just never lasts as long!

I had the best extraction dermalogica facial with Rita. I really felt like I had a new face afterwards and may finally be able to commit to making these a regular thing! Really recommended!
