Rita is a very kind and professional beauty expert. The lavender WaxExpert is a seriously good product. I have very sensitive skin and whilst the wax still hurt a little it was honestly nothing like the pain I have had with other types of wax. Rita was very reassuring and her salon is very calming. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!
