The venue is not like a usual salon but Rita was lovely and for my first wax, it was not as painful as I was expecting! It would have been helpful to have been given more information before my appointment, especially as I got in touch before my appointment confirming it was my first time and asking if I needed to do or bring anything and was told no. When I got there, my hair was not quite long enough so the wax was unable to cleanly remove all areas. I think some more information provided before the appointment would have been helpful but otherwise the wax went well and I will likely go again.
