I booked here because it’s one of the only places I know in london that uses gell bottle. I currently had builder and gel polish on when I went in. Rita did not suggest I use builder on the two nails that no longer had it. The nail is now broken and un even with my whole manicure. Not worth the price I paid and I have uneven nails now

My second Lvl lash lift was just as good as the first. Rita’s spa has a lovely calming ambience. She’s professional and I received so many compliments on my lash lift. Very good value for money.

Rita is lovely, and The Gel Bottle is superior to standard CND - worth extra money. Would’ve been 5* but one of my nails chipped after just one week, despite my extra care to keep them immaculate for Xmas. That shouldn’t have happened considering the price!
