Rita was so lovely! Before entering she took my temperature, gave me hand sanitiser, and she never took her mask off - she took fantastic measures against COVID. She was so friendly and chatty and has so much experience - we tailored the products used on my face for what she saw and based on what I said. The facial was great and I have no doubt that my pores are all fully purged of gunk! Looking forward to going back for what will undoubtedly be another pleasant experience.
