I needed an up-do for an evening function. From out of town, I chose Rosa because she was close to the venue and had excellent reviews. And what a great choice. Rosa was very welcoming and had lots of ideas about how I might like it. Then she did a great job too. Not only did I get compliments on it, but it held firmly all night long. Thank you Risa.
